I got tracking updates easily, so I wasn’t really stressing about where my order was. That part was fine. I just wish the instructions had been a bit clearer from the start, because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first.

"Super comfy, even with bare feet"
I’m really happy with this. It feels soft and nice to walk on, especially when I’m barefoot in the morning with my coffee. I put it in the living room and it makes the whole space feel a little cozier. Even my dog keeps flopping down on it, so I guess that’s a good sign too

I’m happy with this, especially for what I paid. I wasn’t expecting it to feel as nice as it does at this price, but it looks good in my room and seems well made. Shipping was totally fine too, nothing amazing but no issues. I looked around at a few other places and similar items were more expensive, so I feel like I got a solid deal here. Would definitely buy again.

The rug was mostly what I expected, the size was right and it looked close to the photos. That said, the color was a little different in person than what was described, which was kind of disappointing. It’s not a dealbreaker this time, but I do wish the product details were clearer. If this happens again, I’d probably think twice before ordering from here again

"Way softer than I thought"
Got this Joon Loloi rug for the room and it’s a lot softer than I expected. I’m not sure what I was picturing, but it feels really nice under bare feet and isn’t scratchy at all. The texture is great, and so far I’m really happy with it.

I ended up sending the rug back, nothing dramatic, it just wasn’t quite right for the room. The return process was surprisingly simple, and I expected more of a hassle. Oh, and the refund came through quickly too, which was a nice surprise.

I liked that joonloloi.com actually shows what the rugs are made of instead of burying the basic info. I was comparing maybe 3 or 4 rugs before buying, and the material details made that a lot easier. A couple pages were clear, but others had me clicking around for a few minutes to find everything. Overall though, it felt useful and more upfront than a lot of home decor sites I’ve looked at.

"Rug pad fit worked out nicely"
I ordered a rug from joonloloi.com and, i wasn’t totally sure if the rug pad I already had was going to fit right with it.
But yeah, it worked out great. It lined up well, and so far there’s been no slipping, bunching, or anything annoying like that. The size details on the site definitely helped, and the rug sits flat over the pad.
We’ve had it in the living room for a couple of weeks now, and it’s been totally fine. No complaints from me, and I’d order again

I ordered from joonloloi.com i’m super happy with what I got!!! The quality is way better than I expected, and the material actually feels solid, not cheap or flimsy at all!!! The finish looks really nice in person too, which was a nice surprise!!! I’ve had it for a little while now and it’s still holding up great, no weird wear, no loose threads, nothing like that!!! Definitely glad I bought it and I’d order from them again!!!

"Shipping Was Literally So Slow"
I ordered a rug from joonloloi.com and the shipping took way longer than I expected. The site made it seem like it would arrive quickly, but it literally just sat there for days with no real updates. I only got one tracking email, and then nothing changed for a while, so I had to keep checking it myself, which was annoying. The rug did finally show up and it was totally fine, but the delivery experience was not great. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I wasn’t in a rush

"Looks good, but I feel like the “easy clean” part is a little oversold"
The rug does look really nice in the room, and I’ll give it credit for handling small spills well. If I catch something right away, it wipes up without much drama, which is probably the main thing they want you to notice. But I kind of feel like they made it sound easier to keep clean than it actually is. Dust and hair still cling to it more than I expected, so I end up vacuuming more often than I planned. It’s not a bad rug at all, but for the price, I thought it would take a little less effort

The site was okay to use overall, but i had to trust my instinct and click around a bit more than I expected just to find certain rugs and product details. On my phone, a few of the categories felt a little confusing, so it wasn’t always obvious where to go next.
That said, everything loaded fine and the photos were clear, which I appreciated. It’s not a bad shopping experience, but I’d like it a lot more if the menus and filters were simpler and easier to follow.

"They actually had the runner I’d been trying to find"
I had been hunting around for a specific Loloi runner for a little while, and it was one of those annoying situations where I’d find the rug I wanted, get excited, and then realize the size I needed was sold out. I checked a couple of other sites first with no luck, but then I came across joonloloi.com and, surprisingly, they still showed it as being in stock.
I’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical at first because I’d already been disappointed elsewhere, so I didn’t order immediately. I checked back more than once just to make sure it wasn’t some weird inventory mistake, and it still showed available in the exact size I needed. Eventually I went ahead and placed the order, and after that everything was straightforward, with the usual order and shipping updates coming through.
There wasn’t anything dramatic about the experience, which I actually appreciated. I found the rug, they had it, I ordered it, and it all went the way it was supposed to. Mostly I’m just happy they really did have the runner available when other places didn’t, because it was the one I had already decided would work best in my space
